  1.  What is the purpose and the legal basis of processing your Personal Data?

 

Our Website provides information about Piktocare, our innovative medicines’ labeling service. When you fill in and send the Contact Form, we collect and store your personal data (name/company name, phone number, e-mail and message). We use your data in order to reply to your contact requests. The processing of your personal data is based on your own consent, which you provide by accepting the Privacy Policy. You are not obliged to consent to the processing of your personal data, but otherwise you will not be able to communicate with the Company.

 

  1.   How long will we keep your data?

The Company provides all the necessary technical and organizational security measures for the protection of your personal data, required to prevent them at any time from unauthorized access or leakage. Your personal data are stored on our server in Germany, for the period that is necessary for the purpose for which they were collected, namely until the fulfillment of the requested communication and one year after for security purposes.
